Healthy Families

Healthy Families is a free, reliable support to strengthen your family and assist parents who are overburdened by stress factors. A Healthy Families home visitor will meet with your family regularly, usually once each week.

USD 308 Pre-K
Age 4
USD 308 will provide full-day Pre-K services, Monday through Friday, at Avenue A Elementary School. Busing will also be available. Students will eat breakfast and lunch at school, as well as have a rest time. This opportunity is free of charge and available for all children who will be four years of age on, or before, August 31st.

A half-day preschool session offers activities for children ages 3-5. It provides children with experiences and interactions that help them adapt more easily to the structured environment of an elementary school when they transition to kindergarten. Physical, occupational and speech/language therapy are incorporated into normal classroom activities.
